I dont want to eat anymore....?!


Question: im sick of eating it makes me sick in the last week i have had some crackers and water and i really want to lose weight. i dont want to be fat and now im starting to get up at 7 and go walking and then jogging and then walking. im so depressed and i would rather die being skinny than die being ugly and fat. i need help..... someone have any of the same problems?

Fasting is not a brilliant idea.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

Thats sounds like your experencing early steps of anorexia, go see your doctor.and go to google and look up anorexia symtoms

no, but everyone worries about there weight, especially women. You have disturbed body image. Relax, and love yourself the way you are. I don't think you really want to die from being to skinny. Be realistic.

i am so the same way! i hate my body im 12 and i think im very fat....................i just eat one peice of fruit a day and then i drink some juice ive been doing this for about 2 weeks and i lost 33pounds i need to get knew clothes! lol!

I'm ednos, borderline anorexic, and I'm probably the last one you should be asking as I would say eating is over rated and there is no way I'll touch crackers they are too high in calories for me. Low cal weight watcher type soups aren't bad if you drink them without tossing crackers into them. I was going to drink a bowl today but I didn't want the 120 calories in me. Okay, I think I'm getting worse, but I'm exercising less since I strained a muscle in my foot.

So don't and die.
