How can i lose alot of weight effectivly?!

im willing to eat anything to help me and i can do many outside sports but not very much with gym equipment-i do have an exersice bike though

If its an eating plan you want I recommend the slimming world plan. Alternatively you could just eat healthy ALWAYS always eat breakfast as this starts you off for the rest of the day. try eat a lunch and then meal in the evening snack on fruits and yogurts - preferably fat free. And you can also have a packet of crips, chocolate anything that take your fancy but in moderation. As for the exercise just try and do at least 30 mins three times a week good luck x
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
