I have an older bro and a lil sis who have very bad acne and they gave up soda and drunk more water and none soda drinks and not only did there faces almost completely clear up they also lost a lot of bad wieght (they were a lil bigger then normal) but now they look good and are confiedent about themselves but giving up grease foods and choc will also help a lot too and wash ur face every night and try not to put make up on...I know guys who wore make up and broke out form it to!

Nope.

I heard in the news that it cannot be proven, I have no idea why :/

not at all

Yes, it definitely will. But you need to faithfully drink a lot of water...everyday I mean. You won't see results if you just drink a ton of water for a few days in a row.

No

well water is cleansing to the skin so i guess it does!

yes, it will flush the toxins outta your body.
caffeine is a stimulant. stay away from coffee is a good idea.
drink green tea, it is loaded with antioxidants!

Yes, the extra moisture will help your body heal your skin and ease your kidneys flushing toxins.

I found that with me it helped. I don't know if there's a proven study on it, but the theory is that by drinking more water and less soda, the amount of sugar you intake will go down which can cause you to break out more.
Drinking water helps your skin overall. It will look fresh and clearer.

Yes i dose because if your face it ugly it will look like partry

They had a doctor in the news talk about this the other day. They said that dehydration can cause your skin to become dry, but drinking lots of water hasn't proven to improve the skin. He said to just drink when you're thirsty and that should be sufficient in regards to your skin

I stopped drinking caffeine, and my acne improved 100%. There are new studies coming out that say water really is not proven to be effective for skin care, but I'm not buying that info yet.

Being hydrated is SO MUCH better than being dehydrated....look what water does for celery for example....plumps it right back up so its edible even after it looks like something you should throw out!

foods do not affect acne. not even chocolate. water will help keep skin looking tight and young, but there is no proof that it helps acne. try not to overwash your face, that can cause your pores to excrete even more oil which clogs your pores. and always use an oil-free, non-comedogenic moisturizer at night. also, use oil-free, non-comedogenic make-up.

Stopping caffeine may or may not help your skin, but drinking loads of water can help your skin and your body look better and function better.

If it's actually acne, that might be something you're genetically pre-disposed to and you should discuss it with a dermatologist. I was fortunate to never suffer from acne though I did get zits now and again. Drinking lots of water has kept my skin pretty clear for the last 24 years.

yes it totally does! i drink about 12 glasses a day. it makes your whole body alot healthier & curbs cravings!

Nope, its a myth.

Yes it is supposed to. The theory is that drinking more water allows your system to flush out impurities and in addition, it provides more elasticity to your skin thus preventing wrinkling. Caffeine is also a diuretic so it dehydrates you so taking in lots of water would serve to counteract this. I can't tell you if it will ACTUALLY make a difference but this is how it's supposed to work.

There is much talk about drinking water, this site might help you.

Drinking water does help! It's best to drink mineral water as opposed to tap as it contains lots of nutrients and obviously minerals that the body needs.

Drinking flavoured water is just as bad a putting sugar in water and drinking it so it's just good to have the natural stuff and you'll develop a taste for it too!

It's good for the body to drink water as it acts as a filtration system, flushing out all the toxins in the body and all the bad stuff that the body doesn't need. After a few weeks, you'll notice a difference in your skin and will see that it will become lighter and more clear in tone.

I hated drinking water but you'll be fine with it! Try it at different temperatures like straight out of the fridge to room temperature and you'll know how you'll like it! I have mine with freshly squeezed lemon juice as a morning kick but check with your doctor first due to the acid in lemons!

Hope this helps!!!

Yes, drinking lots of water does make your skin look better. First of all, water is a natural detoxifier. Drinking water will eventually hydrate your skin and might even give you a glow. However, there are many factors that go into having good skin-care and drinking water isn't the only one.

You should really stop drinking the caffein too because it only causes the epidermis (skin) to become more toxified. Especially if you are drinking acidic drinks and carbonated drinks. Slow down on the natural fruit juices too cause they are major sources for acid. Which is the worst.....

Yes, it will flush any toxins from the body. I also read that if you have an upset stomach that can cause acne. So water should help the skin. If not try taking a couple of Tums.
