    hate me all you want, but seriously.

    eat well (less animal products and eating out)
    exercise (not excessive, just regularly)

    natural is the way to go.

    Eat less!! I use to eat alot!!!! I just eat the same things BUT I only ate half of what I use too!! and it worked and I lost weight!!

    I am 6 feet tall and 130 pounds.

    I'm trying to gain not lose

    i had 2 weeks til prom (its on saturday and i started dieting last saturday) so i gave up all liquids except water. then i honestly have only been eating natural, healthy foods like plain yogurt, fruit, veggies, salads, etc. so far i have lost about 5 lbs. oh and i've been goign to the gym every day

    I eat once a day.
    A small meal and i try drink alot of water...
    I DONT advise it because its not healthy

    The key is to eat in moderation. Don't believe the fad diets, because while some may work, the healthiest and most natural way to lose weight is to eat less, eat healthier, and exercise.

    Also...eat lots of breakfast! But not too much dinner cause you don't burn the calories off and they turn into fat while you sleep!

    walked my dog every day for 1/2 hour and for 2 months as well as eating healthy, if i went out i would try and walk so every day i walked 45 mins to the train and then 20 min 2 school, and home again. i lost 20 kg. good luck loosing weight

    Actually adding 5-10 minutes more activity per day helps a lot. You don't necessarily have to work up a sweat, but your heart rate is what determines your metabolism. Keep the 'ol ticker running double-time and you'll see some weight dropping off.

    I do a lot of cardio. I work out a bunch. Sit ups. Jump rope. Treadmile. Then i also lift weights to make my arms look nice.

    I still trying to get better results to lose weight!

    eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day. drink plenty of water. exercise by walking an hour, jumping on my trampoline, lifting weights and doing crunches.
    don't eat junk food at all. chocolate makes me feel ill.
