I do sit ups...flab is not something that leaves gracefully..5 years of working on it-it seems improved.

Flabby-from lack of exercise it one thing flabby from loosing a large amount of weight-is another..expect your body to shrink from weight loss--but you let the air out of a big balloon-and the balloon just flattens--and is no longer firm..it actually is just the same size--just not ...Turgid..it's flacid..and you now have this.. extra skin.

Either you have a tummy tuck-or you are patient-and exercize-daily. It'll shrink-but SLOWLY. I actually had a plastic surgeon ask me who did my work...HA!

The problem is--it's so slow--that most people give up--and say you'll never loose it.That's because they didn't...if you don't give up and don't mind aging as it happens--it will.6 years for me of daily working, 1 hr of ex a day for this girl. But I lost100 lbs and have a flat stomach.

You can do lots of situps/crunches to develope a six-pack but unfortunately, it probably will not show because it will still be under a layer of fat. You must do aerobic (cardiovascular) exercises to reduce your overall body fat. Eventually, the six-pack will show!
