Why can't i see any changes?!


Question: ive been excersing everyday for the past month. everdyday i jump rope for 10 mins straigh and then i go on the tredmil for like 30 mins and burn 110 calories and do 5o situps EVERYDAY and i do soccer. why cant i see any changes?

Because 1.) If you do not up your workout time gradually, your body will get use to the workout and you wont lose or change anything. 2.) Working out everyday is NOT recommended because you body needs to rest at least 1 day to rebuild your muscles, if you are always working your body cannot go through this process. 3.) You may be close to your healthy BMI range thus your body takes 40x more work to burn fat and gain muscle.
