Confused on what exercise equipment to buy!?!
Question: So I already have an elliptical that I use everyday but I am really looking for something quiet I can do at night, that works my upper body, and preferably my lower body too. I dont want a big machine like my elliptical. Has anyone used things similar to the thighmaster(i heard you can use them for your upper body too?) with any results? Or something like this mini-peddler, it says you can place on a table and use for working your arms. Which one of these would be best to get? Feel free to offer other suggestions(links please!)

My friend got very good results with the thighmaster. she used it for her upper body too.
The whole key to making it work is use it regularly
why not get some weights? not huge weights but just two small but heavy ones. i lift about 5 kilo on each side. it's given me upper body strength and tone.
