What is a good way to cleanse in a healthy way?!


Question: I don't want to do some starve yourself cleanse or anything stupid like that, I am looking for some ideas on how to cleanse by eating just veggies and stuff to rid any toxins from my body...

I dont want to pay for anything I want to do it with fresh veggies...and Ideas, advice and RECIPES?...I heard that cucumber adn celery juice is a good drink to cave before/with breakfast..
i just need a few ideas...thanks!

I've tried out many recipes from this website and was very happy with the results.
Healthy recipes without compromising the good taste, I just don't have to worry about my waist line.

lemon in boiling water a few times a day is a good cleanser, loads of fruit, green veg and pints of water I reckon. Prune juice cleans u out!!

ok, im chinese so y family has all these crazy things that helps cleanse u, haha. go to a chinese market or store and ask for something call "bitter melon". it is about the size of a cucumber but instead of smooth outter skin, it is very bumpy and lumpy outside texture. it is usually very green. get that, go home and wash it, then cut off the ends to throw away, cut it open and take the seeds out like u would a pepper. slice it up and boil it for about 20-30 minutes. then drink the water and eat the bitter melon, but i hav to warn u tho, it is EXTREMELY bitter haha. no pain no gain right?

Your best bet:

100% raw fresh, organic fruits and vegetables only for 30 days. Lots of fresh juices made from leafy greens like spinach and kale plus apples or carrots for taste. Lemon juice mixed in water every morning to alkalize the body.
