excellent health benefits, and speeds up metabolism over a period of daily use. It is a great substitute for coffee as well and much better for you!
Green pee
Like all tea, expect stained teeth. That's the most immediate thing you'll notice. Beyond that there are a lot of health claims, most of which are anecdotal. Expect about the same as you get from regular tea. Oh, one more thing, it's hard as heck to get green tea strong enough to really get a tea taste out of it.
