A 5'5" female who weights between 120-135 would be what size in jeans?!

Question: I would say a 7, but you might be able to fit into a 5. Depends on what type of jeans you're looking for.

about 5-8

That fifteen pounds can actually translate into a couple size difference, especially depending on the store. Also, depending on how that weight is distributed (one could be apple shaped, with thinner legs and a larger abdominal area).

My estimate? 8

size 9, thats what size i wore when i was at that weight but i was taller so maybe even one size up.

about size 7 or 8
im that size too!! :)

well im 5'5'' and 105 lbs
im a 0... so you are probably a 3-4 in American sizes

Unfortunately, it depends entirely on the brand of the jeans. Take out your tape measure, and measure yourself at your waist and around your hips at the broadest part. Most jeans manufacturers will have a sizing chart on their web site somewhere, though you may have to hunt for it. Compare your measurements to the sizing chart, and choose the size which matches the closest. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one, because jeans will shrink, even if they've been prewashed. Also, most jeans makers have a variety of fits ("relaxed", "slim", "natural") which is a way of telling you how tight they will be through the seat and thighs. Even though the size measurements will be the same, the fit between them will be very different. So you'll have to decide which you prefer.
