I have no self control?!


Question: i need 2 lose weight....... like 20 pounds
but every time i try i always put it off
i eat way 2 much......
i mean i play 5 sports but since i hav no self control it doesnt seem 2 help coz i eat so much!
wat r sum ways that i can get motivated 2 lose the weight?

Do you have a pair of clothes or somthing you used to be able to fit into? thats what motivated me, my favorite jean!!

if you have a problem with eating just try keeping healthy foods around you. instead of snacky foods like chips or cookies or whatever you eat keep carrots or something like that around. hope you get they results you want :) good luck

Well, losing weight, gaining muscle or trying to accomplish anything really takes motivation. Find something to motivate yourself to lose weight. Find healthy food to eat if you can't control yourself at all. Find something to motivate you and stick to it. Tell other people your going to lose weight, that might help you a little I guess if you really plan on trying because once you get into it and you've already told people you kind of feel the need to keep trying, at least I do anyway. My advice is probably rubbish but oh well.

Don't starve yourself. Doing that will work for a day or two but after that you will binge.

My recommendation is instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat 5 small meals throughout the day. This way, your body/mind will not get hungry through the day, and as long as the meals are heatlhy and small, you will be able to lose the weight.

Your diet is your problem. Eat the right foods and you won't gain weight. Exercise is good for body building, not for losing weight. A proper diet in the right amounts means no fast foods, eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and beans. Leave off the hambergers and fries and soda pop.
