Food in place of bread? Ideas??!
Question: Age just started catching up with me. I used to be able to eat a lot of bread each day and I wouldn't gain weight, but that's started to change now that I turned 27. (My momma warned me this would happen!) Any suggestions as to what I can eat that can replace the large amounts I used to eat? I keep craving it, but I need those jeans to fit again this summer! Thanks for any input! :)

Carbs......oh how they hate us!...Well our waistline at least, not our body.
I can empathise with you because I'm a big carb junkie, and they don't pack pounds on me like others, but I'm sure that will change one day!
I'm very hesitant to tell you to "cut the carbs" because it's extremely unhealthy for your liver and kidneys, plus carbs are the only thing that your brain can metabolize, so starving your brain is probably not a good thing.
