do this and you will be definately HOT in 4 months.

1.) cleanse yourself out. do the master cleanse diet. beyonce did the master cleanse diet and lost 20 pounds. I did it in ten days and was 20 pounds lighter. that is good for you insides and will give you motivation.

2.) start working out five days a week. vary your workout. do a week of cardio with LIGHT weights. Then do a week of pilates from a dvd so you won't hit a plateau. Then do a week of core secrets or with ball exercises they are good too. Keep varying your workouts...then you should lose ten pounds of each month...(which would be 50 after the 20 you would lose after the master cleanse.)

thats a good goal....
join a gym and go every day
dont diet...just eat less carbs and more veggies and protiens

you could maybe lose half that if you went 100% effort and did it the right way

man, i can only loose 7 pounds in 1 month.

loosing 2 pounds a week is more of an ideal number.

loossing too much weight in a certain amount of days is not healthy.

intense exercise...the cookie diet is very effective... they are cookies (you get six in a pack for one day) when you are hungry you eat that and it fills you up... it has all the proteins you need... they are very affective!!!!! good luck!!!!!

You need to watch you calories and make sure you are eating health. You should also exercise. I have a wed site that will help with this. It has different videos to chose from also you can get set up on a diet plan that is very easy to follow and its not any special foods. I lose over 10 pounds and a few inches off of my thighs and my abs are flat.

hmm well just exercise like 2-3 hours a day... i mean not all at once or like 2 hours.... just do little things to help like walk to the store n back every nite aftet schoo... dont eat any more fast foods. energy drinks, or junk food... u can have some just dont over do it... what i usually do it 100 situps, 100 push ups, 100 crunch thingers lol.... i usually do 500 exercise things ...no i dont do them every day,, and i spread em out daily,, uk dont over do the excersise... take ur lunch to school...i took my lunch to school for a week, and i felt skinnier,,, like not a bloated,,,uk? like i ate school lunch and i felt huge! lol....but.. i am 5'2 and 140 lol....i wish i could just lose like 20 pounds...well i hope it works out for u...:]]]]]

Introducing a good amount of activity into everyday will most likely prove very effective for you. For many people, its simply lack of activity that exacerbates their weight. As someone suggested above, join a gym if you can. However, to lose weight you dont have to do hours and hours of mindless slow cardio. For sure make sure you do 30-40 minutes of moderate cardio everyday, but also lift weights.

Now most people reply, "But i want to lose weight not get bulky" and I will assure you, no one gets big by "accident." You dont have to lift like crazy but aim to do it 3 times a week with moderate weight, start with 3 sets of 10 of each exercise. You will increase your metabolism for the rest of the day and burn many extra calories from that increased metabolism. Be sure to work the major muscle groups in your body, just google beginner workout routines.

Diet wise, keep a food log of everything you eat, it will help you not over eat. You do not need to starve yourself. Try to eat 6 small meals a day, this will keep your metabolism from crashing and will again help you burn more calories while doing nothing!

So start a basic exercise program with cardio and lifting, along with a diet (not a crash diet) and you will see gains moderately quickly. Take a picture of yourself now and use it as motivation, sometimes it not so easy to see all the weight youve lost unless you see how you originally looked. Stay with it and i guarantee you will make progess

Losing 50 pounds in 4 months is quite ambitious, but it's not impossible. thats about 3 - 4 pounds a week, and if you want to accomplish that you're gonna have to work really hard.

190 pounds is a lot of weight on your knees, so if you're doing cardio exercises, you should avoid running and try using stationary bikes. Even speed-walking is good for you, especially for your calves!

The hardest thing is going to be changing your diet. You don't have to eat less to lose weight. In fact, eating more can help. Keeping you metabolism up will help you burn fat even without excessive excercising. If you can cut down on any excessively fatty foods, like pop and chips and all of those fast food restaurants, and focus on eating more complex carbs, then you will feel more energized and will be able to excercise for that 30 - 45 minutes a day. Good sources of carbs are breads and vegetables.

Eating 6 medium sized meals a day instead of 3 big ones (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) will help your metabolism work harder and help you burn fat. Keep your biggest meal towards the middle of the day, and keep dinners and suppers small.
On average, a French person eats the same amount of calories every day as an American person, yet French people are generally fit. This is because they eat less fats and proteins, and more carbs. They also eat small dinners and focus on lunch as their main meal.

Hope this helps you out a little bit
