I cant stop thinking about food?!
Question: i think about food from the time i wake up to the time i go to bed its a serious problem my mind is always telling me im hungry when i know im not i want to lose weight and this problem isnt helping

This happened to me when I restricted my food intake, I was left hungry and always thinking of food and it ultimately led to anorexia nervosa. I have since recovered, but what worries me is that you might be not eating enough and your body is crying out for some food!
Try eating six smaller meals a day to keep you fuller, and eat breads, cereals and noodle type foods. They keep you full without over doing your calorie/kilojoule intake.
If it dosn't seem to put your hunger at rest, and your sure you have eaten enough, try yoga or go for a slow walk to take your mind off things and gain a bit of focus.
Can you ask a real question perhaps? Or were you too busy thinking about food to form a question?
In what way? I think of food like what should I eat today, is it good for me, will I get energy from it or will it be enough to fill me up.
If you are thinking about just wanting to always eat then that's a problem.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day and drink water between meals. Just shake those thoughts from your head. Pick up a book and read loudly. But eat when you are hungry. Don't ignore your body's need for food.
i used to be in similar situation back then...thats because all u have in ur mind is to lose weight and u worry too much....the more u starve urself the more it triggers ur brain to look for food...
we have same situation , i really want to loos weight im mother of three but still i want to look n feel good ill share to you my experience .think of the food yes , and why not, But think of the food very healthy, once you do the grocery don't buy the food that makes you fat,try to eat less but often , drink water before you eat at least 2glass, exercise will help, before i was too lazy but once i look myself in a mirror esp my tummy, i really feel" wow" seems I'm pregnant so i decided to myself to control and think of it before you eat in other words slowly diet, dint starve yourself cox makes you eat more n the best thing is make yourself busy so you will not be able to think the food, dint think that your always hungry.
