Eat more often. Splitting your daily food intake into 6 smaller meals instead of 3 huge meals is a good way to boost it. Something like breakfast at 7AM, a fulfilling snack at 930AM, lunch at around noon, another snack around 3-4PM, lunch around 7PM, and then a snack (I recommend cottage cheese) 30 minutes before bed.

Might sound crazy, but it keeps your digestive system active.

Cardio exercises, like running, speed walking and biking increase your metabolism. Eating several medium sized meals ( around 5 or 6 a day ) is better for you than eating 3 big meals a day. If you have time, you can also go for a short jog or a quick walk before breakfast. Nothing intense, just make yourself sweat a little bit.
