How much weight can I possibly lose in 2 months....?!

Question: if I don't go on a diet, exercise more, blah-blah-blah... I know it depends on the person but I think I normally lose weight at a slow pace.

Just from the exercising and watching your diet a little bit you should be able to lose from 5 to 10 pounds in a 2 month period.

You're not likely to lose much, if any weight if you don't go on a diet. And you definitely wont keep it off if you don't change your lifestyle.

well if you're not going to diet or exercise, then none.

healthy weight lose is about 2 pounds a week. so in 2 months, about 15-18lbs

Hey Zeppelin,
I think you mean if you DO go on a diet. If you want to safely lose weight and keep it off for good, you can only lose about 1-2 pounds a week so somewhere from 8 to 16 pounds depending on how closely you stick to your diet and exercise plan. I know that their are some diet programs that can really kick your system into gear to burn calories so the first couple weeks you lose alot of weight and then it slows down dramatically. One I can think of of the top of my head is http://weightloss.theinformationexperts....

Hope that Helps!

no more 2kg per month!!!

I'm afraid dieting and excersise is the only way!
Unless you want me to call it "healthy eating" for you?
Lol =]
