Why do I still look kinda chubby?!?!


Question: Ok so, I quit smoking 2 years ago I was 5'6 1/2 and 103 lbs I binged on candy to replace the smoking and went up to 140 lbs now 2 years later I am back down to 115 lbs but I don't look skinny. My upper arms and my waist look fat, I don't understand how I am 115 lbs and I'm not skinny yet, that's only 12 more than I used to be and I was really skinny at 103. I look 125 I think..why?! I have checked to make sure it wasn't my scale and it's not, I just don't get it...

strength training is all you need...get some dumbbells and tone up!
Cardio is good for your heart but strength training is proven to be more effective assisting in weight loss and changing/shaping the body!
