Proteins&Amini-acids&Work...


Question: I'm 18 (male) and going to the gym to work out for to months now. I dint see yet to much results and that made me think i'm not doing something right . This is the way i work:
1st day: Chest+biceps+triceps
2d day: abdomen+back
3d day: legs/feet
and work this way every day except weekends.
I also started yesterday taking some protein shakes during the day+ some amino acid pills while working out. What can be the side effects for this stuff?

first of all, if you're working out everyday, you won't see results. you should train no more than 3 days per week if you're a beginer. training split is "ok" but can be better.
train heavy, intense, and keep it short. 30 to 45 minutes. don't rely on supplements. whey protein is ok, but amino acids are a waste of money. protein is basically a chain of amino acids. so by taking protein, you are already getting the amino acids you need.
also, you have to work on your diet. diet is what determines results. i've seen this time and time again with my clients. they usually fail at the diet, and then fail to see results. fix up your diet and you will see some nice results
