How much rest time after exercise before bed?!


Question: Hiya guys,
I've read that the body require several hours before to sleeping to cool itself down and relax its systems after exercise, otherwise it'll interfere with your sleep.

Does any know from personal experience or from evidence what is generally best (i.e. how long)?

Also, does it make a significant difference if it is cardio or strength training?

Both cardio and strength training increase adrenaline. Strength training will increase adrenaline more than straight cardio.
Giving yourself 2-3 hours to wind down from an exercise session of significant intensity should be adequate.
