Easy home workouts?!

Question: Ok, so i dont want to say im skinny, but im deff not chubby, im just sorta normal in a sence, Now my delema is that i want two major things with my body, i want to have abs, not the kind that are like BULGING out, but hte ones that you can see the outlines of, that look really nice, (that includes chest too) and i want larger arms, right now my upper arms dont have any muscular curve to them, they just sorta go straight, i would love to get some arm muscle in to fill out my t-shirts for the summer, and just all around look better.
Detais about me are that im 15, turning 16 in just under 3 months, i had 6.5 years of martial arts training so strange workouts arent hard for me (and you think after all that i would have muscle haha(curently quit karate tho)), and weigh about 150 pounds(5'10"). What would be some ab and arm(&chest) workouts that i can do at home WITHOUT ANY WORKOUT EQUIPMENT!!!. And on what days should i work the different muscles?? Btw, im fine as far as my legs go :)

I know this sounds like one of those scamming program things but I did this routine for 9 weeks and saw some awesome results.

It works all of your muscles but primarily your abs and triceps. Be sure to follow the weeks in order.

P.S. I'm 15 also :) Just turned it though

EDIT: One of the workouts requires dumbbells. You could just skip it if you don't have any.

I'm a big fan of home workouts, so I think I can help you out a little.

Callisthenics is what exercising without weights is called (you use your own body's weight for resistance). Some common callisthenics are pushups, crunches and squats.

The one thing thats hard for me to tell you is the amount of reps you should do. When you're doing callisthenics, it all depends on your own body, but you'll figure it out pretty soon. Generally, however, you'll do many more reps with callisthenics than you will with weights, simply because there is normally less resistance.

Biceps are almost impossible to do with callisthenics; so far I know of nothing that really builds them up. However, an excellent workout for Triceps, chest and abs is pushups. Make sure you do them slowly and smoothly, don't jerk yourself up and down.

Crunches are the best things you can do for your abs. There are many different techniques for building the different muscles like your laterals, but if you just want a basic 6 pack, then normal crunches will do. The form I use is to lay on my back and bend my knees so that my thighs make a 90 degree angle with the ground. Then I grab my earlobes and compress my abs so that my elbows touch my knees. Once again, don't do them too quickly; go smoothly and slowly, about one crunch every 2 seconds. I don't know if I explained that properly, so if you get any weird pictures in your head then ask someone else.

If you're interested in building your legs, which a lot of guys aren't, then doing squats will really help. Squats focus on quads and gluts, and also your hamstrings to some degree. There is a very specific way to do squats so that you don't pull any muscles or otherwise harm yourself, so I'll leave it to you to look it up somewhere.
