Why do I bulk up so bad (i'm female)? How can I stop it?!
Question: Ever since puberty (21 now) I have noticed that I bulk up when I work out.. like abnormally fast. I don't mind it to much except in my legs.. more so my calves. I just started biking/running again and my calves have almost doubled in size and are gross huge muscles!!.. not very sexy :X ha ha. what can I do to stop bulking up so bad.. I want lean muscle! My legs would like to see the sun for the first time in 6 years! Do you think that perhaps i sould have my hormones checked? Perhaps I have to much T4? I don't have any other issues that would make me think that i don't think.

you may want to have a hormone level test done as you may have excess testosterone, but you'd have a deeper voice and facial hair too. Not an expert, but I'd run this by my doctor and consider doing more repetitions with lighter weight. You might also speak with a nutritionist, but please don't let muscular calves keep you in hiding!
try drinking a glass of fresh goats milk daily and it should help
It does sound abnormally fast, maybe you should check with a doctor
