I have a pretty important question about working out!?!
Question: okay so, i am wanting to lose weight. i have trach practice roughly 4 days a week(sometimes 5) after school from 3:30- 5:00/4:30. I am trying to lose weight(approx 15 pounds or so) by august. which i know it can be done.
my question is:
can i do more working out after school like going to the gym and doing the treadmill for 35 mins every night on top of track?
would that be fine?
i am 5ft3in and 131
i want to be around 115 to get at my ideal body weight.

in addition to cardio, you want to incorporate weight lifting/muscle building into there. cardio is great, but increased muscle mass also means increased metabolism.
