How do i lose weight and get a flat stomach?!


Question: im a size 5/7 in hollister jeans and i really wanna fit into a 1/3.
i also am so self-concious about my stomach because it like sticks out and fat hangs over the sides of my jeans...and i think i look repulsive. my mom said the "fat" that hangs over my jeans is from super low-rise pants, but other people wear them and they dont get it so bad. im 5'3'' and im 140 lbs!!!! and i think i should be about 116-120, but that seems so impossible to me because if im at my grandmas house theres no limit on food, like there is at my moms house, and i cant stop eating!! when at my moms house i eat subway for dinner and im full.
i just want to be more confident in myself and look hotter, and maybe finally some hot guys will like me.
i tried crunches, but they dont work to well because i still have fat over my stomach that crunches wont get rid of....

what is the best, fastest way to get a FLAT stomach and a nd lose weight....and i dont have wrkout materials to use either.

well i can already see 2 problems;
first of all you are eating pizza,if you want to get rid of your belly
you have to have a good look at your diet,also you are too
self-conscious to workout on the treadmill because someone
might see you,so what? you are going to stay overweight
because of what someone else might think.Until you get over
these problems you will stay the same.

I'm 5'4" and 121, and I'm not happy with my weight, but it's "normal". Do you play a sport at school? You could try joining one, that would help to keep you occupied and in shape.

Here are some tips though:
-Eat as little dinner as possible, night time is when your body absorbs the most fat, because there's no time to burn it off and you just go to sleep. I'm not saying not to eat dinner, just keep away from unhealthy things at night, and don't eat after 7PM. Try eating a Special K breakfast bar, or cereal, then have a healthy/balanced lunch. Try to cut down on the pizza (I know it's good though, but if you want to be healthier, you've gotta stop). Maybe try a sandwich on wheat bread, with a piece of fruit, and for a dessert, 2-3 Oreos or Chips Ahoy. Celery is an awesome snack, but any fruit is good. :) Drink lots of water. 8 glasses a day is ideal.
-To burn calories if you don't play a sport, play Dance Dance Revolution, or go to the On Demand channel if you have one, and order a free workout. They have really cool dance ones that I love. (If you don't have On Demand, try Youtube) Go for a jog around your neighborhood, bring your iPod. Do anything that will stop you from just sitting around. It's good that you do crunches. Keep going! It really will help.
