It is a difficult question to answer unless ur lifestyle is known to know about the calories consumed during the day. Stop bothering with counts.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

You'll probably lose weight but it will only be water weight and once you start eating normal again your body will latch on to everything because you have been starving it and you will gain back 2X the weight. I don't suggest it.

It depends on how many vegetables and fruits you eat! A calorie is a calorie. If you go over more calories than your body can use up, it will get stored as fat no matter what kind of food you eat. Of course, since veggies and fruits are lower in calories than other foods, you can eat more of them. They will fill you up faster so you'll eat less calories than with other foods that have no fiber value. Still, if you stay at the usual 1,200 to 1,400 hundred calories daily for most diets, you'd lose about 1-2 pounds a week. However, if you dropped it down to 1,000 or less, you'd probably lose 3-4 calories or more for the week. However, I don't suggest eating less than 1,000 for any type of diet. Even eating 1,200 to 1,400 in veggies and fruits only is not the healthiest thing you could do because your body needs protein that comes from soy, meat, chicken, eggs or fish. You won't get much protein from the fruits and veggies. But just for one week only, it won't hurt you too much. There are people who fast for a week while doing a colon cleanse and it cleans them out without any ill effects. So try it for a week only. Good luck!

its hard to say, because it depends on your metabolism. but whoever said that you will gain all the weight back when you start eating normal again is right. its not healthy to go on "flash diets" often, it does clense your system however. still i would not reccomend it.
