Well soccer is already a good workout, but if your looking to strengthen up ur thighs and calfs there are numerous exercises. Squatting is a good one for your thighs. That is if you have a local Gym or Weightlifting room at your school. For your calfs, Jump rope. I've always been told jump rope helps with your speed and calfs. When i played football the coaches would get us to do jump rope and run the bleachers. Hopefully i was some help. Good luck.

Start runnin' now, Rey Mysterio III.

youl get in shape during the first 2 weeks of track (conditioning) as long as your in somewhat decent shape youl be fine

just keep running it worked for me

swimming is good

u better keep consistent exersice...

just do work outs and soccer is good to build muscles in ur legs anyway

a quick one is no fat foods for 2 weeks to some push ups at least 10 a day and take a quick jog and eat some sort of healthy foods and that should get your fiber up and all ready for track

run run run run run run !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walk/bike and from school and practice if it's not too far.

Go running on days you don't have practice. Pick a point while jogging and sprint to it - then job again. and then pick a point and run to it lifting your knees as high as you can. jog again.. then pick another point, speed walk to it.

Do sit ups, push ups at home.

Don't forget to stretch.

dude
i do track to. do 50 squats a day. it will build muscle.

If you want to build up leg muscle, look up on the internet some leg muscle excersises that you can do on the days you don't have soccer practice. Or see if you can use your school weight room to do leg presses. Running is also a good way to build up leg muscle, along with riding a bike, running up and down stairs... theres many ways, you just got to work hard to get to where you want to be. Good Luck with track.
