Would ten sit-ups a min for 20 -30 min have any benefit??!

Question: It will tighten your muscles, but if you are looking for a fat and calorie burning session, maybe not so much.
If you slowly fasten your pace it would have a benefit, but not a huge one for calories/fat.
If you are looking to burn calories, try walking up and down stairs, and slowly fasten your pace.
Running up and down stairs for 2 minutes is equivalent to running for 20 minutes.
