How to lose the belly fat?!

Question: I am 21, 5'8 and 138lbs. I had a baby 4 months ago and I now have some belly chub that needs to go!
I've been doing yoga and crunches everyday and I dont seem to be having any results. I know I should do cardio but I am unable to because I am a single mom and I cant take a 4 month old for a jog especially in this cold Saskatchewan weather.

Any suggestions

P.S. I breastfeed so I dont diet but I do eat healthy.

Unfortunately cardio is very efficient at removing excess body fat. Maybe instead of jogging you can try other cardio alternatives. Skipping is a very high intesity fat and calroie burning exercise and it can be done almost anywhere with a high ceiling, also star jumps (or jumping jacks) and dancing is another alternative to jogging or running and more convienient.
Crunches and yoga built stomach muscles and strengthen your core but do not much in removing excess fat. A comination of moderate cardio and weight bearing exercises is always encouraged.
But to be honest you have a healthy weight and a beautiful baby so don't worry too much!

The key is to understand how your body works and to have a comprehensive plan that you will execute over a reasonable period of time. Translation: this is not a quick fix. But, remember, it is doable! Take the turtle approach, slow and steady, and you
