How many sit-ups should be done a day for 5 days a week to tone and get a flatte!


Question: I would say start with 100 a day. Like 30 here 30 there you know not all at once. Work up to it. Plus to lose belly fat, situps won't work, u need cardio. But if you just want to tone, then that'll work great.

i did a hundred through out the day and it worked like a charm :)

i found this video on youtube that works pretty well. i started out doing it for just the 6 minutes now i try to do two to three sets and its working pretty well so far.
