Question: no food. 2 days. exercise a lot. Just to detoxify and stop these stupid cravings.
I'm not gonna do no stupid juice diets or cabbage soup crap. Done those b4.
I'm healthy, but I NEED to tone up by May 1st, and you know what it's like to wear a string bikini infront of SEXY guys when you're fat...UGH. Talk about self-consious.

is that you in the picture? if so you look skinny.
127lbs is average weight for your height.
if you don't eat and exercise you will get tired, sick and eventually die.
i ate 1800 calories yesterday and still lost weight.
you must eat between 1400-1800 calories, exercise, eat back those calories burned and then you will lose weight.

So if someone posted a link to another site that would help you, you would report them?

Detoxification is a myth. The body does it automatically.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

Sorry but you are not fat....maybe you need to tone up, but that is not fat, that is called toning. Also, if you are not eating, you will gain weight really fast during the next time you eat. Why? Because your are making your metabolism extremely slow! When you go more than 8 hours without eating, you are depriving your body of fuel, which makes your metabolism slow way down. Working out too much can cause too much muscle which can make you look bigger. Work out with cardio only 45-60 minutes per day - 5 days a week. Give your muscles two days to heel. Its best to eat 7 small meals per day - healthy snack type food. You need a healthy fat and protein to speed up your metabolism and to lose weight. Peanuts, yogurt, cheese, fruit, veggies. Just try to cut back on carbs and no sweet..no fries, no fast food. Drink a lot of water. For toning, try pilates.

Okay by not eating your actually slowing your metabolism down. DO NOT DO THAT! If you want to loose weight but keep your metabolism going then eat an apple (apples take more calories to burn then they have). Walking and jogging is good, but will not tone you up. You want to get your heart rate up and then do targeted areas of excercises to tone that area.

well how do you think your body will respond when you deprive it of food. It will do it's best to keep what it has, then when you eat again, it will think, oh I better store for the next diet, so I don't go hungry, and so instead of losing the weight, you will feel even bigger. You can't NOT eat for 2 days.

Just do more exercises, walk, jog, run, bicycle, skate, climb stairs, jump rope.

AND

Eat, vegetables and fruits and have protein at every meal, drink water when you have a craving, or me I eat crunchy celeris I leave in water in the fridge, always ready for when I have a craving, it's crunchy, and it has no calories, and it has fiber which help you better evacuate, so that's good!...get out of the house, or do something different, to get out of the habit of visiting your fridge to see what's there...and get some protein, from a good breakfast with eggs, protein stays with you for a while and this helps control snacks till your next meal...

Whatever you do, don't stop eating for 2 days...your body will react by storing more food "just in case".
