Should a 38-year-old male in good shape be able to outrun a 20-year-old former s!
Question: Considering I no longer have legal access to an at-home gym or pool, I went out to exercise on the lawn today old-school-style, and my children's au pair, Krystka, bounded over from next door in very short red shorts with the words "Caught Cha'" on the butt and a hot pink belly shirt. Her sandy blond hair was in corn rows. (I think she saw too many '80s American Bo Derek movies in her native Poland.)
We then ran about two miles, and I was quite winded at the end, but don't think I showed it to Krystka. She, with her long strides, was FloJo, and was able to talk the whole time, chatting cutely about her college classes, the Clintons, the price of gas, why prostitution should be legal, why soccer is better than football, etc. I could barely speak (though sometimes I'd lag behind to watch her butt!).
She works out as much as I, and I was a former college lacrosse starter. I'm now 38. Should a 20-year-old woman (albeit a former high school swim star) be able to so easily outrun me?

Oh she noticed all right, but maybe she doesn't care.
Word of advice...if you are winded in the pool, you will be just as winded in the bedroom. Better let her do all the work.
Well if you think about it theres a very big age difference your much older so your body has slowed down alot. She is still very young and in the prime of her life as you climb that ladder things slow down a bit. But by you keeping up with her your still more healthy than the average 30+ year old atleast here in California ! ! ! !
you are so funny... just go after her and get it over with!! This is torture!!!!
Unless she smokes three packs a day & eats McDonalds everyday then yes, she should be able to outrun you.
