Kick up your daily workouts to one hour and make sure your heart rate is between 140-150 bpm for most of the duration.

Also, do not eat any starch carbs like rice, bread and potatos. Green vegetables only. Also, drink nothing but water.

BTW, you should kick up your calorie intake by at least 300 calories. No more than 500.

Try different types of exercising. Weight lifting, jogging, aerobics, swimming, etc. Just do not stick with one type of work out, because your body becomes immune to it. You need to rotate every other day with the exercises you are doing.

Also, make sure you are eating a healty balanced diet. Just because you do not eat, does not mean you are going to lose weight.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Eat more. Your starving yourself by eating less than 1000 calories a day. It sounds counter intuitive but if you upped your intake to let's say 1500 you would probably start loosing more weight again. You're body is in survival mode and is hanging onto fat because you're not giving it enough energy to function. Please take care of yourself.

It sounds like your metabolism has hit a plateau. Give it some time to straighten itself out and don't give up what you have been doing.

Good luck.

Here's the deal: You're eating too little, and your body has gone into starvation mode. Now it's greedily hanging on to every last bit of body fat that you have and burning muscle. Not good. Adding diet pills with ephedrine is REALLY going to screw up your metabolism. Also, your body NEEDS carbs, but the trick is to eat the right kinds of carbs. Finally, cardio is NOT the be-all-end-all everyone claims it to be. Virtually any other type of exercise is better for fat loss.

Here are a few tips:

1. You MUST exercise if you want to lose weight and keep it off, so do something every day, even if it
