Do you exercise on a regular bases?!

Question: What is your most effective work out?

Answers: What is your most effective work out?

I run for half an hour or walk for an hour
and then doing crunches and sit ups helps too

Yes and I would have to say a good long jog just me and my Ipod. I can really get lost like that.

I do intense weight training around 4 times a week.

Yea I work out every day.
40 minutes cardio
2 sets of leg/arm strength training. (alternate per day).
2 sets of abs, one in the morning, one before I go to sleep.

Most effective exercise day is my back/shoulder routine that takes about 1-1/4 hour to complete with 60 sec. rest between sets. Followed by 45 mins on the StairMaster for my cardio.
Major, MAJOR calorie burner and strenght developer.

yup, 2 hours a day. I would say my most important are leg workouts, like squats curls deadlifts

Running, situps and my strepolepsal thigh trainer (dont know how to spell it) haha lol.

I strength train three times a week, Nordic Walk three times a week, and rest one day. Nordic Walking is a total body exercise based on cross-country skiing.

I like to jog every morning for half an hour.

well, that depends on what I'm trying to do. When I'm in my cutting (i.e. leaning out phase) I like to do either:
- Drop sets (for example on bench, load up the bar with lots of little weights, do as many reps as I can, drop one weight off each side, and keep going...by then end you're just doing the bar and it's a struggle) or
- 1-2-3 (basically for each muscle group do 3 different lifts in a row with no break - like for back: dumb bell rows, pull-ups, then lat pull downs - with no break, then switch to shoulder and do something similar). Then either go outside and run some sprint repeats, or do stairs.

Yes, I walk, ride horses, and working on running again if my knees let me with my dogs. mile run or walk everyday plus some
