Whats a healthy diet everyday?!

Eat stuff that your body can easily digest.Vegetables,and fruit.Pasta and brown rice has good quality carbohydrate for track exercises.
Very little meat and half your sugar intake.The body can't cope with the poor quality protein in meat and the fat stays in your bloodstream for years,slowly blocking your arteries.Excess sugar is turned to bile in the body and then stored,usually around your waist etc.Snack often,with one full meal a day in early evening.Essential to sleep min 7 hours and avoid too much stress as this uses all your vitC and B

Are you looking to maintain your weight or lose weight?? Too different subjects but I would just put lots of fruits,vegetables,lowfat dairy products,lean chicken,fish,whole grain breads and pastas, and lots of water. Eat around 1200-1400 calories a day for losing weight and 1800-2000 calories a day for maintaining. Especically if your active and such. Good luck!!

you should have

veggies-2and 1/2 cups
fruits-1&1/2 cups
dairy-3 cups
meat-7oz
grains-3whole grain oz and 3 non-whole grain oz
