Loosing weight by using a bicycle?!


Question: My wife wanted to know if she goes biking riding, i mean heavy-fat-burning bike riding..lets say 5 miles a day, everyday for a month..will she loose weight in the buttocks/thigh area??
she eats healthy and plenty of water, just wants to loose weight in that area..will she results? serious answers please. thanks you :-)

Its a very good idea, my husband has used this method of reducing weight by bycle and he succeeded. i will recommend this but it will take time and so be patient but gives 100% result.

Bike riding is a great form of exercise that targets the legs and buttocks. I'm not sure if it will cause weight loss but I know it wil help tone those areas. =)

maybe try and after that if you get anything tell me so i can use the same im so fat so please tell me the answer you have

Unfortunatly no it will not help. The area that will be effected the most is the calves. It helps build muscles but it will not do anything for the butt and thighs.
