Question: OK I am 14 yrs. old, almost 5'11" tall about 123 lbs. I am pretty athletic but am always looking for ways to improve. Is there anything I could target specifically? Overall opinions please!! The extra arm in the pic belongs to my little bro - sorry about that!! Thanks everyone :))

You're only 14? I feel dirty for having looked at that.
I am not going to say you are hot because that would be creepy. Instead, I will say that you look just fine in terms of what a healthy young girl's body looks like.
EDIT: Just a thought, you might want to take that picture down when this question closes. There are quite a few creeps on YAnswers these days.

No, you are perfect in my opinion. Aim on just eating healthy and regular excercise to keep yourself in that shape.

yeah... im 5'11 and 160. im pritty thin, but im also brawd. you should stay the way you are. your thin. but you can gain weight. your bmi is realy low. work on not focusing on your aperance. work on more important things, like the comunity. your gorgiouse! i would not change a thing about you.
