Hoodia & Caralluma Fimbriata?!

which works better to suppress the appetite? which has had more research done on it?
i went into GNC today and meant to buy some hoodia, but ended up buying the caral. fimb. stuff instead; it was right near the hoodia; i didn't realize it wasn't hoodia until i was home and read the package! :-/
so which works best? whats the difference between the 2 (besides diff ingredients)?

Have never heard of C. Fimbriata. But bought two different bottles of Hoodia - neither did anything - not the slightest effect on appetite.
Who know what they're trying to sell or where they get their data that this stuff does anything, but it sure showed itself to be entirely worthless.
Oh - watch out for those websights which are going to "give you the Hoodia to try for 30 day" - they want to continue to take money from your credit card.
As far as I know both hoodia and the companies which sell it are both scams.
