Can i lose weight if i only eat 2 crackers a day and walk/job 40 minutes a day?!

No. It will not.

You will be increasing your physical activity and decreasing the amount of fuel your body has to run on. You will lose weight immediately, anyone would with so little food. The downside is that you will gain it back and more once you start eating regular food again.

Eat normally, but do that walk/jog 40 minutes a day. I promise you that if you cut out the junk in your diet and commit to that 40 minutes, you will lose weight.

yeah you'll lose water weight. downside is you'll probably die in a few weeks

your likely to become very ill though if you manage to stick it out though, eating that little makes you dizzy and weak when your just sat down doing nothing
that kinda classes as fasting, and fasting usually lead to binging,

You will lose weight but not not in a healthy way and you won't keep it off. If you only eat 2 crackers a day your body will think it's starving and will slow down your metabolism to a starvation mode. Eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day and increase your exercise to increase your metabolism. Eating less calories than you burn is the key but you can't starve yourself or you will actually gain weight.
