Will i lose weight if.....?!


Question: i only want to eat one apple a day and exercise for at least an hour a day and i sleep like 10-12 hours a day just so i wont eat. will i lose weight fast?

Well...
you would definantly lose weight...
but its not HEALTHY at all!!!
What I do is constantly eat salads and exercise ALL THE TIME...
just eat healthy and exercise...
because you cant live on an APPLE a day for the rest of your life...
thats crazy...
so when you finally start eating something else...
your body says omg omg im getting food lets hang on to it...and it stores it as fat...
so eat healthy and exercise...dont over eat or undereat!

yep - laying down flat in a coffin is one way to lose weight but do you really want to suffer through one apple a day, etc (the plan you give in your question) to get there....

you have to eat more! its going to be obvious you are starving yourself!

No you will die.

If you starve yourself your body will believe it is experiencing famine (you can thank evolution for this one) and hold on to fat when you do eventually eat something and youll be heavier than you were before! This is why alot of people gain weight back after fad diets. If you want to lose weight in a healthy way lose 1-2bs/week. you can eat 1700 calories (think yummy oatmeal for breakfast, a nice sandwich and salad for lunch, fish for dinner with veggies...fruits and pretzels to munch on as snacks) a day and exercise burning 200 cals off for a total of a lb a week. (3500 cals=1 lb = 7 days X 500 cals lost)

thats an ok thing but u want to have all ur nutrients eat right and exercise and yull lose it
