Lunges! Lots of lunges. Just remember form! Don't sacrifice your poor knees for more repetitions. Quality over quantity. I would suggest doing a circuit that includes running up and down some stairs, jumping jacks, running in place, and lunges. You can do each for one minute- and repeat five times for a total of twenty minutes. Try not to do it every day, and switch it up after a week, so your muscles get a nice surprise. Try doing squats, roundhouse kicks, back lunges, jumping jacks for one minute each- five times! Good Luck!
cardio, cardio, cardio. the only EXERCISE to loose fat. most fat loss should be achieved through low-calorie diet though.

move your legs all the way up and then all the way down when you run, use a weight lifter and put them at the end of your feet with your feet together and lift weight with your legs :)

5'8", 137 lb.
I've been trying these sit-up kind things where I end up like a V, if that makes sense. Lay down, then fling your legs straight up, same with you're arms.
You look kinda like this:
legs--> \__/o <--head. xD
I haven't done it that much, so I haven't gotten huge results but it seems to be working.
