Is switching my cardio from night to morning going to give much better results?!

Question: Currently, I do between 20 and 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week after dinner (somewhere around 8 to 10 PM). I hear that doing cardio in the morning uses your stored body fat since you haven't eaten anything as opposed to cardio at night using the food you've eaten during the day. I want to lose some fat before my vacation next month, and was wondering if doing my cardio in the morning will make that big of a difference over the next month.

Fasted cardio works well because you haven't eaten anything for at least 8 hours so you start burning off fat quickly and it boosts your metabolism for hours after. Anytime you can do cardio is good if you aren't able to get up early in the morning. Good luck!

appaently the best time to be exersising is between 10 and 2 or somthing like that...
its got something to do with your body being awake and ready for action between theose times... plus they get the most daylight for when we whould hunt for food in the hunter gather time
