Question: im only 15 and a half. i should be getting taller. im five foot and a half inch.

any food? exercise? stretch? vitamin? anything?!????!?!?!

i exercise/eat healthy already
but i wear a heavy backpack does it pull me down??

I honestly think that you probably haven't hit your growth spurt yet. Sometimes it just takes others longer. There's nothing that you can eat or do to enhance your height. If you do carry a heavy backpack, it can slump your back a little, but make sure to lighten the load, sit up straight - try to have good posture. Other than that, nature will take it's course. You're young yet.
