College student tries to loss weight.?!

Question: Heres my deal. I'm a 19 years old, 6'2" and 200 lbs. Now I know thats not over weight but I am trying to get back into shape. I normally weight between 185-190. I love running and usually run 13+ miles a week, not to mention I do some general workouts at the gym. But I am trying to loss some fat that happens to be stored around my stomach. I know the working out is helping (and I can't target to loss fat in that area) but I was curious what specific foods I can avoid to help loss that extra fat. I don't drink pop for one and my drinking habits are limited to one or two parties a month, if that.

its hard to pick foods to avoid.....and dont hate me for saying this, it might sound girly, but eating yogurt is effective in targeting belly fat. its got something to do with the cultures in it, etc. staying off the soda is good, and if possible - eliminate fast foods.

kudos for sticking with running btw. i used to be a runner, but this is my first year in college and ive completely lost the habit. ran 2.5mi yesterday and im sore as hell today. it sucks, so i just want to congratulate you on the side for that lol.

U r positively overweight. U shud weigh around 170 pounds.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

All you need to do is to eat smaller servings of meat, poultry, potatoes and chips and bigger servings of vegetables and fruit. Dinner calories are more fattening than breakfast calories.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
http://they-fit.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://trim-get.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
