do sun gazing and yoga,they will be very beneficial for you,yoga will increase your weight,and i think you also do mastabration,never do mastabration,it also weakens the body and please stopped doing aerobic activities like cycling and running,do gym,and eat a lot,eat banana with milk and you can also get some protein supplements.

well you could eat a lot of protein and carbs or you could try weight gainer drinks like boost or ensure.
i used to have a problem with low weight and my doctor suggested a vitamin supplement for men that want to bulk up and it worked for me. and now im a healthy weight. but i think you should consult a doctor before you do anything like that. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
