weight plateau... Your body is shocked that you're losing weight so quickly so by nature it holds every bit of what it has so you dont lose weight ( your body thinks you're going into starvation ) So just lessen the exercise a bit like instead of 6-7 days walking make it 4-5 days and add 50-80 calories more to your diet, No you wont gain weight just make sure that you include 60 minutes of weight training or resistance training a week.. Drink alot of water and make sure all the calories you eat, you get them from the right stuff..

you have probably reached either the limit of your set point (where your body is happy to be at the weight you are and will not lose any more, so has slowed ur metabolism so it doesnt lose any more weight), or you've reached a 'plateau' in your weight loss, where your body is just resting a little bit from losing weight, in which case you'll have an awesome loss next week
try weight training- seriously burns calories and fires up your metabolism, as muscle eats fat and uses up energy!
whereas fat just kinda sits there

Believe it or not, you are probably not eating enough! When you drop to 1200 calories a day, your body actually thinks you are starving, and starts to hold on to everything it can.

Try to eat 15 - 1600 calories a day and increase your walking speed. You really need to lift weights too, it will increase muscle mass which will ultimately burn fat too...

good luck

Muscle weighs more than fat so if you have been toning your body, you may be slimmer without seeing a difference on the scales. You should gauge your progress by seeing if your clothes are looser, or else use a measuring tape. Weighing yourself isn't entirely accurate.
