I have 17 days LEFT. !?! Help meee.?!


Question: I have 17 days left before my Birthday Party.. I'm having about 30 people over. All my friends are going to be here. And I have a date.. I want to lose 10 major pounds by then.. Can I really reach 10 pounds by April 25th 2008? I need someone to tell me EXACTLY what to eat, and WHEN to do exercises, and WHAT to do.. And it's got to be realistic. I do need to eat. If I stop eating, I wont lose. Please. I'm begging you.. Help me.. I really need it. Thanks guys... For ever reading my question..

It's great to have goals..but they must be realistic. This is a dangerous goal for your body that you can literally only achive by fasting. You might end up so sick after trying that you can't attend your own party.

Find a balance. Basically, you eat a small meal in the morning such as a bowl of cereal, then eat a small something for lunch, ex: a salad w/ lo-fat dressing and then you can have one healthy snack such as an apple and then you eat whatever you regularly have for dinner. With a basic meal plan you might looke 4-6 pounds safely.

It sounds important to you that you loose this weight by the party..But think and ask yourself why? If you have 30 people comming, they all must like you for who you are. Is it worth the stress?

If it is, work out for 15 min to 30 min everyday. don't overdo it. Basic cardio, stretching and perhaps some aerobics will help you.

No, you will only lose about 5 pounds by eating healthy and exercising.

sorry to burst your bubble hon but there's NO way to lose ten pounds in 17 days.

You will not lose 10 Ibs in 17 days. That is unrealistic, given most people lose 2-3 Ibs a week. You would be better aiming to lose 5 or 6. HOWEVER, I am sure if you exercise during that period, as in, get at least an hour of cardio (walking, jogging cycling, running) in per day, you will look much leaner and better.

As to diet, it is obvious really? Cut out da junk food...sugary, fattening stuff, in other words, and eat lean meat, fish, vegetables, wholegrains, fat free yoghurt and such things... lotsa fruit too.

It's possible I mean you need to have a TON of time on your hands because to lose that much weight plus balancing school is hard. On the biggest loser they work out liek 24/7 and some lose like 18 Ibs in a week so if you really want to try...try working out for a weekend and eat healthy, but if your already kinda thin then it'll be a LLOOTT harder to lose the weight. I say just be happy that your not obese.

Losing ten pounds in two and a half weeks is realllllllly unhealthy. I mean you could try water pills, I've heard that they work really well, but definitely research them first. I read this forum and apparently they are just a temporary fix.

i'm thirteen and i can do it, it's not that hard. i don't know how old you are but i'm sure you can do it tooo. (:

breakfast;
1 egg beaters egg over a peice of double fiber bread (mrs.bairds) with shredded cheese sprinkled on top.

lunch; (which fruits/ vegetables you eat are up to you, this is just what i eat)
sliced cucumbers, an orange or apple, grapes, and a turkey sandwhich with light mayo (the bread i use is also mrs.bairds double fiber)

dinner;
chicken breast or a small peice of red meat with vegetables.



dont drink ANY soda. just water and iced tea with lemon (not too much sugar)
drink a lot of water and run 2 miles a day if you can.

yes you can...beyonce lost 20 pounds in ten days doing the master cleanse...i think you should do that...if you are over weight...you probably lose 20 pounds in ten days..however if you are average weight..u probably lose about ten pounds in ten days. look it up on the internet in fact, here's the site:
