I hate the taste of milk but need more calcium does anyone have any suggestions?!

What about cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream or frozen yogurt? Calcium supplements?

Fortified organic Vanilla rice milk
Fortified vanilla almond milk
fortified cereal daily
Calcium supplements up to 1200mgs
broccoli daily (or other sources of calcium).
Cheese or yogurt daily

strawberry milkshake

take a supplement

calcium sandoz

i suggest you start drinking goats milk. goats milk has more calcium that cows milk, and is mush more tasty

green leafy vegetables have more calcium than milk. you should watch the not milk videos on youtube, you would never touch the stuff again if you saw those videos
