Ready to get back on track?!


Question: My baby is 6 weeks and i finally got the go ahead to exercise again. only problem is i never really needed diet or exercise before the baby so i dont know what to do. any suggestions on good eating habits and muscle toning excercies? any personal suggestions?? oh and im breastfeeding . thanks;)

Yoga is good for toning muscles. Make sure you eat your 3 reg meals and 2 healthy snacks like carrots and your drinking at least 64oz of water. Lean meats are very good for you like chicken and turkey.

Eat lots of red meat and use your child as a dumbell. Once you get good at it you can do curls in one hand with the child. This will not only tone you up, but it keeps the kid from crying.
