Ride bicycle or go to gym??!


Question: Is riding a bike cardio and toning?
Or would going to the gym be better really???

the thing I found about going to the gym was I was becoming a slave to the whole thing.it almost turned into a job.at least riding a bike you"ll be getting your work out and wont get bored doing it.

both, why not ride your bike to the gym then work out?

For toning gym would be better, for cardio and weight loss - bike.

gym most definetly!

CARDIO will lose ur wieght and built up ur stamina.
GYM will make ur muscle strong and built up ur body.

Both. But I think riding a bike is a more fun activity.

Both wouldn't be bad, but there are many misconceptions on workout routines and their relation to your health and weight loss (many of which I've fallen for). These are addressed at the source below.

When the weather is nice I ride my bike to the gym.

I do both, I ride my bike about a mile to the gym, workout for about a hour, and then ride one mile back home. Works great for a warm-up and a cool-down.
