Whats a REALLY fast way to gain at least 10 pounds??!

You should definitely check with your doctor before you try to put on weight by yourself. At 5' 6" and only 94lbs it sounds like you might have hyperthyroidism, your doctor can run a quick blood test to find out if you do have a hyperthyroid. I'm assuming that you eat a normal diet now, of course. After a hyperthyroid is ruled out your doctor can put you on a weight gain diet if they feel you need one. Its possible that you were just meant to be on the smaller side :)

Eat peanut butter sandwiches. It's a healthy way to. Heavy on the peanut butter. Pastas, Pizzas, lots of carbs. But do it in a healthy way. Makes sure it's good fats.

I had this problem when i was younger...Go to your doctor and they'll tell you what to do...They'll probably end up giving you extra fat milk shakes things like that, you just need to eat more to gain more wait but in a healthy way.

The so called experts in the fields of diet, nutrition and fitness are likely to state that in order to lose weight people need to eat less and that they need to exercise more. I wonder how long it took them to work that one out. I could have told them that within, lets say, ten seconds. The problem is, guys and girls, that I do not like exercising. The last time that I actually ran anywhere was when I was at school twenty years ago.

I would say the fastest and healthiest way to gain weight (muscle weight would be better!)-- would be to eat more protein-- lean meats such as turkey, chicken and some fish and probably start lifting weights at a local gym. I used to have the same problem (and still do sometimes!).

You can't just eat any food to gain weight. You need to make sure you're healthy. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, preferably right before you sleep so the weight packs on. Also, exercise to tone yourself. Girls tend to look less skinny when they are muscular. Good luck!
