Any tips on how to lose weight?!


Question: i weigh 175 and i am 5 11. i play right tackle so i had to be heavy enough to take someone down but light enough to stay agile. i am signing up for soccer (my dad was a pro soccer player) because playing football just doesnt make me happy. (even though we won state WHOOOO!!!!) the problem is that when i went from soccer to football coach told me EXACTLY what i had to do to get in top condition for my position (kramer is awsome!!!) but now that im switching i knew i had to lose weight but when i asked the soccer coach what to do his answer was to lose weight!!! he didnt tell me how!!!! i also asked him why i didnt hear about summer training for soccer players and he said because we dont train year round!!!! soccer is my passion but this coach sucks, i would jump off a bridge for dollar or kramer but i want to kick this ones @$$. and i always wondered why the soccer team hasnt one state in 10+ years.

cardio and weightlifting will grow muscle and cardio will burn fat. you wantto build muscle to take boys down but not be fat.
